Self Care for Caregivers

This one is focused on Self Care! Time is a commodity especially when caring for a loved one. Time spent worrying, crying, holding and comforting them. Time spent talking yourself down from your breaking point or putting your own feelings aside to just get through the BONUS day. Whenever you feel ready make sure you take time for you to put on your oxygen mask on first so you can put one on your loved one. It’s a delicate balance and some days you’re going to kill it and other days you may feel like the world is crashing down on you. I’m in the midst of it too. I don’t have it all figured out but together we can lift each other up in our darkest hour. What are you doing for self care?
