About
Since the day of Ollie's diagnosis, I spent hours learning about the prognosis, treatment, and life as a survivor but what I was really looking for, was a comprehensive resource to specifically support caregivers. I desperately wanted to stumble upon a website that had it all -- local resources, stories from parents who experienced similar situations, and services that could help our family.
I needed a "how-to" guide of micro-steps on how to survive and I needed community near and far to help us bear the weight of grief that we were experiencing. In the end, I couldn't find exactly what I was seeking, so I created it myself. So in October 2019, 8 months after diagnosis I decided to launch my own podcast, A.L.L. Mamma Care.
My mission with this website and the podcast is to create a community that lifts one another up during some of our darkest hours and to share resources that support and empower you as caregivers.

While my husband and I are taking things one day at a time, Oliver continues to inspire us. He is a joyful little boy who loves playing with trucks, splashing in puddles, and painting. I am so lucky to be his mamma, he is a true SUPER KID! Ollie is slated to complete treatment in the Spring of 2022 so we still have a little while to go. In the meantime, let's continue to lean on one another and lift one another up.
The light within me honors the light within you.
